For deliveries inside United Kingdom, LUMAS applies the following shipping rates:
Our shipping costs depend on the number, size, and total value of the artworks ordered. Different calculation methods apply depending on the size of your order. The specific shipping costs will be automatically displayed in your shopping cart once all items have been added.
Orders with up to two artworks
If there are one or two items in your shopping cart, we calculate the shipping costs based on the longest edge of one of the items. The item with the longest edge in your order will be used for this calculation.

Orders with three or more artworks
For orders with three or more artworks, the weight, packaging costs, shipping volume, and insurance value increase. Often, several specially secured packages or freight shipments are prepared to optimally protect each artwork. Therefore, in these cases, the shipping costs are based on the total value of the order.

Standard shipping
With standard shipping, we typically deliver your order in special art packaging within 10 business days to the address you provided. For mixed orders, you will only be charged the flat rate for the largest artwork. Shipping for books is free.
Additional information
Please select the desired delivery country when placing your order – the corresponding shipping costs will then be displayed. For deliveries to non-EU countries or special territories (e.g. the Canary Islands), additional customs duties, taxes, or charges may apply and must be borne by the recipient. Delivery is made in accordance with Incoterm DAP (Delivered At Place).
Ordering and Delivery
As soon as we receive your order, we send you an order confirmation via e-mail. Normally, we deliver your order within about 10 days of it being placed. When your order is shipped, we send you a shipping confirmation including a tracking number from our certified shipping partners and the receipt/invoice as a PDF for you to print out.
