German Retail Prize 2011

LUMAS has been awarded the German Retail Prize 2011 for the category "Management Achievement". LUMAS founders Stefanie Harig and Marc Ullrich became the first entrepreneurs in the field of art and design to be recognised with the award. Holger Steltzner, Co-Editor of the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, singled-out for praise the company's rapid internationalisation and its successful integration of different media. Previous winners include IKEA, Media Markt, Wempe, EDEKA, Butlers, and Aldi.

Entrepreneur of the Year 2010 – Finalist

Stefanie Harig and Marc Ullrich were recognised for the second time as finalists for "Entrepreneur of the Year" with LUMAS in 2010. The award recognised owner-managed, medium-sized enterprises characterised by strong growth and innovation.
